1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

e-mail: sklep@uziemianie.com - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.
- 1.2 Personal data collected by the Online Store Administrator are processed pursuant to the provisions of Art. 6(1)(a) b), letter c) and point f. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1, as amended), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR, and Art. 18 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123, as amended).
- 1.3. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
- 2.1. The scope of data processed by the Administrator results from the activities undertaken by the Service Recipient or Customer in the Online Store. e.g. If the Customer chooses personal collection instead of courier delivery, his data will only be processed for the purpose of implementing the Sales Agreement, but will not be made available, e.g. to the carrier.
- 2.2. The purpose of collecting personal data is:
- 2.2.1. performance or termination of the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Customer) consisting in the provision of Electronic Services via the Online Store or the conclusion and performance of the Product Sales Agreement and their delivery to the Customer.
- 2.2.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
- 2.2.3. the Customer's opinion on the concluded Sales Agreement.
- 2.3. Recipients of personal data:
- 2.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses the delivery method by pallet shipment or courier shipment, the Seller provides the Customer's collected personal data, to the extent and no longer than necessary to make the delivery, to the selected carrier or intermediary carrying out the shipment on behalf of the Seller, selected by the buyer in the process of placing the order. orders.
- 2.3.2. In the case of a Customer who has agreed to express an opinion on the concluded Sales Agreement, the Seller provides the Customer's collected personal data, to the extent and no longer than necessary to express the opinion, to the selected entity operating the survey system expressing opinions on concluded Sales Agreements in the Online Store.
- 2.3.3. In the case of a Customer who uses electronic or payment card payment in the Online Store, the Seller provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.
- 2.4. The Seller processes the following personal data of Service Recipients (Customers): name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country).
- 2.5. Providing personal data referred to in point 2.3. is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services as part of the Online Store or to conclude a Product Sales Agreement. Each time, the scope of required data is indicated before the provision of a specific Electronic Service or conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
3. COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA
- 3.1. Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the user visiting the Online Store website.
- 3.2. The Service Provider processes the data contained in Cookies when visitors use the Online Store's website for the following purposes:
- 3.2.1. identifying Service Users as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;
- 3.2.2. remembering Products added to the cart in order to place an Order;
- 3.2.3. remembering data from completed Order Forms or login details to the Online Store;
- 3.2.4. keeping anonymous statistics showing how the Online Store website is used and examining the needs of Service Users, excluding personal identification of the Service User.
- 3.3. By default, most web browsers available on the market accept cookies. Each customer can define the conditions for the use of cookies using the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can, for example, partially limit the ability to save cookies on your computer - however, this may affect some functionalities of the Store, e.g. it may be impossible to complete the Order path through the Order Form.
- 3.4. Internet browser settings regarding Cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of Cookies by our Store - in accordance with the regulations, such consent may also be expressed through the Internet browser settings.
- 3.5. The Service Provider also processes anonymized operational data (so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Store. These data are aggregated and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties/companies.
- 4. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
- 4.1. Providing personal data by the Service Recipient/Customer is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services indicated in the Regulations of the Online Store and before the commencement of the provision of a specific Electronic Service or conclusion of the Sales Agreement on the Store's website results in the refusal to conclude this agreement.
- 4.2. The basis for the processing of the Service Recipient's/Customer's personal data is the need to perform the contract to which the Service Recipient/Customer is a party or to take action at his request before concluding it. In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the basis for such processing is the consent of the Service Recipient/Customer.
- 4.3. In the case of data processing in order for the Customer to express an opinion on the concluded Sales Agreement, the basis for such processing is the consent of the Service Recipient or the Customer.
- 5. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR DATA
- 5.1. The Service Recipient/Customer has the right to access and correct their personal data.
- 5.2. Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him or her, including the right to: request supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected from violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
- 5.3. If the Service Recipient or Customer consents to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the consent may be revoked at any time.
- 5.4. The Service Recipient/Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she considers that data processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. The complaint should be submitted to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- 5.5. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, you can use the options within the Account by sending an appropriate message using the contact form on the website master.sklep.pl/kontakt or in writing to the Administrator's address.
- 6. DATA PROCESSING PERIOD
- 6.1. We process your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of storing them or as long as we are legally required to do so, in particular until any claims expire or the archiving obligation under the law expires, including the obligation to store accounting documents.
- 6.2. Personal data processed on the basis of your consent will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data.
- 7. FINAL PROVISIONS
- 7.1. The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The administrator encourages you to read the privacy policy established there after going to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to the Online Store.
- 7.2. The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.
- 7.3. The Service Provider provides the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically:
- 7.3.1. Securing the data set against unauthorized access.
- 7.3.2. Access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password created by the Service User.
- 7.3.3. Connection encryption with an SSL certificate.
