The consumer bears all direct costs associated with returning the goods (e.g. packaging, security, shipping costs).

Pursuant to the Act, the consumer is also responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a way that goes beyond the right to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as he could do it in a stationary store.

The refund will be made immediately after delivery of the goods to the above-mentioned address and inspection to determine the absence of defects or excessive use that may affect its market value.

In the event of excessive use or damage, the consumer is informed about the amount of compensation due to the seller, by which the value of the refunded funds will be reduced.
