Case Study No. 2: 65-Year-Old Woman
In today’s article, we take a look at the case study of a 65-year-old woman who experienced significant health improvements through the practice of grounding.
Let’s explore how grounding impacted this patient's well-being.
Case Study Introduction
A 65-year-old woman presented with multiple ailments, including chronic pain in both thighs (worse on the right side), hip pain, right knee pain, bilateral pain in the ankles and feet, and swelling that was more pronounced on the left side. Additionally, she suffered from insomnia, restless sleep, daytime drowsiness, leg pain that interfered with sleep, and stiffness and pain upon waking. Traditional pharmaceutical treatments had little effect, prompting her to seek alternative solutions.
Introduction of Grounding and Electron Transfer Technology (ETT)
The patient was enrolled in a randomized, controlled clinical trial that utilized Electron Transfer Technology (ETT)—in other words, grounding. On April 11, 2005, she began using the ETT sleep system, and her progress was monitored every 48 hours for 5 days. Monitoring involved high-resolution medical infrared imaging and standard clinical outcome assessment questionnaires, including a quadruple visual analog scale for pain and sleep.
Results and Observations
After just 4 nights on the ETT sleep system, the patient reported a significant improvement in her health:
-
Pain Reduction: The patient experienced a drastic reduction in pain after just a few nights using the ETT system. Within several days, she reported nearly complete relief of pain in both thighs and hips.
-
Inflammation Reduction: Thermographic images showed a clear reduction in inflammation in the affected areas, confirming the patient’s subjective improvements.
-
Improved Sleep Quality: Grounding led to noticeable improvements in sleep quality, which helped reduce daytime fatigue and enhanced her overall quality of life.
-
Improved Mobility: The reduction in pain and inflammation contributed to better mobility, allowing the patient to live a more active life without discomfort during daily activities.
Conclusions
This case study of a 65-year-old woman demonstrates how grounding through Electron Transfer Technology (ETT) can significantly improve health and quality of life, especially for individuals suffering from chronic pain and inflammation. Grounding supports the body’s natural regenerative processes, enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and improves sleep quality. For those just beginning their grounding journey, this may be an effective and natural way to support their health.
